Our
second presentation was in June. The teacher decided to divide the students
into the same three groups. In this way, we gather better information, and we manage to create a good presentation. In my group, we are still
13 members. I am happy because my classmates are very kind and responsible. In our WhatsApp group we communicate, and the leader created a
google slide to make our slides. Then within our group, we made 3 more groups
to develop the subtopics of our theme. In this way, the work became easier and
more efficient. Now, I feel more comfortable in my team, I lost the fear of
speaking. When I have a question, I write in the chat and my classmate respond. The topic that my team chose was Specific Learning Disabilities and
Deaf / Hard of learning. I really learned too much through the presentation.
The part that I did was the national and local organizations involved in
Specific Learning Disabilities. On my group the students showed videos on
their slides. Tamahiya interviewed her uncle and aunt. In
addition, we organized our work because we put the names of the members on
their slides to know who spoke first. Group 1 discussed visual and physical
impairments. This presentation was very interesting, and the students did a
good job on their slides. On the other hand, the topic of group two was
Traumatic Brain Injury and Autism. I learned what ASD is. The team really did
an amazing job.
In
brief, communication is very important to achieve an excellent teamwork. I feel
that we all strive to do a good job. Teamwork makes it easy for us to exchange
ideas, and correct mistakes to get good grades. Students support each other.
Teamwork has helped me improve social relationships. Also, I do not feel too stressed because I have my colleagues who help me to search for information.
Usually, I torment myself when I have a lot to do, and I feel that I can learn
more in this way. Teamwork provides a better quality in carrying out activities, and it helps us to obtain effective results.
Very good!
