Group 1: Group 1 did an amazing job at presenting the fundamentals of intercultural communications. As they showed in their presentation, intercultural communication is the difficulty that occurs between people of different cultures when it comes to communicating. I love the video Ailime presented, the video talks about the differences between race and ethnicity. Usually, many people don't understand the difference between those two things. Group 1 also discussed the topics such as culture shock and the values each culture holds. I think group 1 was an organized group. I say this because, on each slide of their presentation, I could see the name of the team members. That means, they had an order in which each person would present. Overall, I think group 1 outdid themselves by making the presentation more capturing using meaningful pictures and videos that match each individual topic of chapter 3 intercultural communications.

Group 2: Group 2 presented chapter 9 which talks about the different types of groups, the stages of group development, and the conflicts in a group. Base on how smoothly group 2 did their presentation, I can infer that they applied what they're learned in chapter 9 to work out any conflict between themselves and communicate. Group 2 presentation really came to life with the examples Diane presented. One particular example is the Argentina football team who has amazing players but hasn't won a world cup since 1986, so it shows that the Argentina team doesn't really know to work and communicate as a group. Group 2 also shows that they are an organized group by having their team member's names on each individual slide. All in all, group 2 emphasized the most important points about the chapter and the importance of communicating as a group.

Group 3- My group worked really hard to get our project done. One of the things that I saw that made me see how well we communicated together was on the first day of class where we all agreed to meet up at 3 to discuss any concerns about the project. There at the meeting, we got to work collaboratively on our project using google docs. We asked each other to go over our slides and give suggestions on anything we could add and change. I think for a project that was done in only 2 days, we did a great job finishing it without any problems. Also, I admire Valerie a group member who immediately send pictures of our chapter 10 and also the list of topics the chapter had. Without her pictures, we wouldn't be able to split chapter 10 and assigned it to different pairs in the group. Martha did a great job too as the leader of the group. She guides us and helps us with any issues we had. Martha also was the one who had a big role in making sure the presentation went well. My group did an amazing job and we will keep communicating effectively until class ends.
