REFLECTION
We were split into classes at the start of this class to work on assignments during the semester. My classmates and I debated who wanted to be the leader on the first day of class; no one wanted to be the leader because it brought more pressure to the schedule of life; however, because no one had taken the initiative, I volunteered to be the leader; however, in my group, we are all leaders and we all make and vote for final decisions.
Group 1: Intercultural Communication
Group 1 did chapter 3, they did a fantastic job explaining the basics of intercultural communication. Intercultural communication, as they demonstrated in their lecture, refers to the difficulties of interacting with people of different cultures. Apart from mine, I believe they are my favorite team so far; their slides were very enjoyable to watch. Ana, the team's chief, does an outstanding job of coaching her teammates to improve. They seemed to be well-organized. Since I could see the names of the team members on each slide of their presentation. To put it another way, they had a set order in which each individual would appear. I believe group 1 was well-organized. I tell this because I could see the names of the team members on each slide of their presentation. That is to say, they had a certain order in which each individual would appear.
Group 2: Communicating in Groups
In the case of group 2, was titled "Communicating in Groups," and the concept of group communication is "both verbal and nonverbal communications exchanged by group members." It means a lot to be able to comprehend those two chapters and have a good understanding of what they cover. It was a joy to listen to, hear from, and read those two sessions, which included my party, and from which I learned new stuff I didn't know or had a refresher on what we all discussed in these three chapters. I'm guessing they used what they heard in Chapter 9 to resolve any conflicts between them and connect. Overall, group 2 addressed the chapter's most critical topics as well as the importance of group communication.
Group 3: Group Leadership and Problem Solving
My group did an immaculate job, they succeeded my expectations, as their leader I'm really proud of them, they help me a lot dealing with the questions and others concerns. I believe the presentation turned out very well as a result of our efforts. Teamwork necessitates effective communication. I believe that if anyone wants to communicate, the job will not turn out well. This is why we all value the ability to communicate and learn how to give presentations. Each group did an amazing job projecting their voices, including attention-getting videos and images, and engaging with the rest of the class during their power point presentations. I really appreciated the fact that we were all working in groups on these tasks because teamwork makes the dream work, I was anxious as I delivered my part of the group, but once I sensed the enthusiasm of other people presenting and doing so well, I fed off of it and just went with the flow; even though I wasn't able to post my videos due to time constraints, everything went smoothly.
Awesome thoughts!! I am glad you are enjoying!!
