On the first day of class, my classmates and I were divided into groups with each group member in charge of creating a presentation of certain lessons in the chapter. I was assigned to group three and we were responsible for presenting chapter ten "Group Leadership and Problem Solving". In order to complete the presentation in a timely and orderly fashion, my group divided the work evenly among all the group members. In addition, we created a WhatsApp group chat in order to communicate our comments and concerns outside of class hours. I strongly believe that our group participants made it simple for our classmates outside of our designated group to understand what we were presenting. Everyone in the group was assigned a minimum of three slides per assigned lesson they were doing. Anytime we had concerns we would simply ask in our group chat and one or more members of the group would help us with our questions. Needless to say that my professor was also helpful and explained our assignment in much detail. Our presentations consisted of visuals that include short videos or graphic organizers that would allow for an easy understanding of the work. We made sure our PowerPoint presentation was presentable and neat. This included themes and fonts with colors to make the presentation appealing to the reader. Once we finished working on our presentation and it was ready to be presented we double-checked the project for any spelling and punctuation errors. We made sure that our finished product was ready to be presented and that it did not stir up any confusion to my classmates to whom we were presenting. On the second day of class, every group was ready to present. Group one and group two went first and presented their part of their chapter they were responsible for. I would say that although I was not part of group one and two's presentation, I learned much about the chapter without even having to read the chapter itself. They did an excellent job at getting the point across and making it clear to the audience. Once it was time for my group to present, we did it without hesitation. All of my group members were ready to present their slides. As a group, I am proud of the work we did because we communicated and got the assignment done effectively. Each group member presented with their cameras on and in a formal manner. We received feedback from the Professor herself and classmates outside of our group. The feedback received was positive and consisted of compliments because of how amazing we presented the project. Briefly, I say as a class we all did a great job on our presentations. Without a doubt, everyone was content with their role in the group and there were no complaints. After completing this presentation I look forward to working with my classmates on future assignments. I believe it is a good thing to get to know your classmates as you work on group assignments because it divides the amount of work between all the group members.
